Charles Larson has extensive experience in the technical and inventory management sectors. Since April 2011, Charles has worked as a Lab Tech at Fastenal, focusing on testing and certifying products for North American manufacturing, alongside training and supervising other lab technicians. Prior to Fastenal, Charles held two positions at Elmer Auto Salvage from 1998 to 2007, serving as both an Inventory Tech, responsible for inventory management of individual parts, and as Yard Manager. Charles completed education at Winona Technical College from 1994 to 1995 and graduated from Winona Senior High with a high school education in 1995.
