Patrick Holahan has extensive experience in engineering and quality assurance within the fastener industry. Currently serving as Director of Engineering and previously as Quality Assurance Manager at Fastenal since January 2015, Patrick has developed and implemented quality control strategies. Prior experience includes the role of Quality and Engineering Manager at Fastenal from December 2006 to December 2013, where significant contributions included establishing a QC mechanical testing lab and providing technical support across Europe. Earlier in the career, as an Applications Engineer, Patrick focused on delivering comprehensive engineering support for fastener applications. Patrick earned a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Minnesota between 2002 and 2006.
