Ron Kitcher

Ron Kitcher serves as the Regional Vice President at Fastenal, a position held since 2012, where they focus on sales operations, finance, personnel, and property management. Prior to this role, Ron gained valuable experience in various positions at Fastenal, including General Manager and District Manager, where they implemented sales and market saturation strategies. Ron began their career with the company as a Warehouse Worker in 1994. They also studied Business Administration and Management at UT Tyler in 1994.
