Scott Easterday

Scott Easterday is the General Manager at Fastenal, where they oversee all aspects of the store business. They have experience in outside sales and have held positions at Fastenal since 2010, previously serving as an Area Sales Manager at Pepsi MidAmerica and as a Freshman Basketball Coach at Charleston High School. Scott earned a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Eastern Illinois University. Throughout their career, they have focused on developing sales plans, managing inventory, and motivating teams to achieve business goals.
