Mark Guthrie

Mark Guthrie has extensive experience in technical support and customer service, currently serving as a Senior Technical Specialist and National Technical Manager at FastenMaster since April 1998, following various roles including Technical Support Specialist and Customer Service Representative. Prior to this, Mark worked as a Real Estate Agent at Landry Lyons & Whyte, Better Homes and Gardens RE and held multiple customer service roles at MassMutual from April 1989 to March 1995. Mark began military service as a Non-Commissioned Officer in the Army National Guard from October 1985 to February 1991, with roles in combat engineering and infantry scouting. Mark holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and an Associate of Arts and Sciences from Holyoke Community College.
