Rick Enko

Rick Enko, PMP, is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience in product development and innovation. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at OMG, Inc. since August 2024, Rick has held various prominent roles, including New Product Development and Innovation Project Manager at FastenMaster since November 2018, where the focus has been on developing new products. Prior positions include Program Manager II at Newell Brands, overseeing the new product development of Yankee Candle products, and Project Manager at The Yankee Candle Company, where Rick managed new product development and product line life cycle strategies. Rick's career commenced at United Technologies as a Production Planner, followed by roles at Hasbro as a Project Manager and Senior Production Planner. Rick holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Arts from Westfield State University and an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Science from Holyoke Community College.
