Kim Ladd

Kim Ladd is an experienced business professional with a diverse background in operations and project management. Currently serving as the Head of Business Development at Terminal3 since July 2023, Kim also holds the position of Project Manager at FasterPay since January 2019 and has been with Paymentwall, Inc. since September 2012 in various roles including Senior Director of Global Operations, Country Manager, and Director of Global Operations. Kim's earlier career includes serving as Client Services Manager at Funguy Studio and General Manager and Co-Founder at Extension Corporation from October 2007 to September 2012. Kim holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Communication from the University of the Philippines.
