James McGarry

James McGarry has extensive experience in customer management and care, currently serving as the Head of Customer Management and Head of Customer Care at Fasthosts since July 2013. Prior to this role, James held the position of Head of UK Customer Care at 1&1 Internet SE from July 2013 to June 2022. James began their career at Fasthosts Internet Ltd as a Customer Retention Specialist and later became a Customer Service Manager before taking on leadership roles. James also worked as an Account Manager at Rainbow Communications UK from August 2003 to February 2007. James's educational background includes studies at The Open University from 2005 to 2007.
