Mark Phares

Mark Phares has over 30 years of experience in the sales, marketing, and management domain. Mark currently holds the position of President/CEO at Fasthouse since 2023. Mark previously served as Global General Manager and VP of Global Sales at Smith Optics from 2019 to 2023, where they were responsible for establishing and achieving sales goals, coordinating sales and marketing efforts, and managing an independent sales force. Before that, they were the Director of Sales, Western U.S. at OluKai from 2015 to 2019. In their earlier career, they held various positions at Smith Optics, ranging from National Sales Manager to General Manager for their Motorsports division. Mark also served as Division Manager at Thor Motocross for Slippery When Wet and as a Sales Manager for the same company.

Mark Phares earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from UC San Diego, completing their studies between 1985 and 1990.
