len readhead

Len Readhead is an Operations Manager with extensive experience in technical team building and production floor empowerment. They have managed operations at Fastik since 2012, focusing on information and workflow improvement. Previously, Len held similar roles at Color Ad Packaging and served as Plant Manager at metro label and Tapp Label Technologies Inc. They also managed plant operations at Sonoco Flexible Packaging, overseeing capital equipment acquisition and commercialization. Len's education includes a CIM in Industrial Management from the University of Manitoba and a Human Resources degree from the University of Calgary.
