Adam Baumgartner is currently the Product Counsel at Fastly, having joined the company in 2026. A graduate of the University of Alabama School of Law, Adam earned a Doctor of Law with a focus on Intellectual Property Law in 2020. Prior to this role, Adam worked as an Associate Attorney at Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP from 2021 to 2025 and as a Summer Associate at the same firm in 2019. Adam also served as a Patent Examination Extern at the USPTO in 2018 and volunteered as an Intake Volunteer at the Legal Aid Society of the Orange County Bar Association from 2014 to 2017. Adam has a background in electrical and electronics engineering, having earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of Central Florida in 2017.
