Ashwin Pai

Ashwin Pai has a diverse work experience in software engineering and bioinformatics. Ashwin is currently working as a Software Engineer at Fastly since June 2022. Previously, they interned at Fastly in 2021, where they developed an HTTP load testing suite and integrated an open source repository into the Fastly project. Ashwin also worked as a Software Engineering Intern at Pegasystems in 2021, where they configured and developed a SFTP repository connection for customer interaction through the Pegasystems application. In 2020, Ashwin interned at TraceLink as a Software Engineering Intern. Additionally, they had a Bioinformatics Internship at Worcester Polytechnic Institute from 2017 to 2018, where they created and implemented an interface to replicate and contain a disease, as well as modeled the spread of infection within a cruise ship using Java GIS.

Ashwin Pai attended Saint John's High School from 2014 to 2018, where they studied Computer Science. Following their high school education, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science at Worcester Polytechnic Institute from 2018 to 2022.
