Chris Buckley began their work experience in 2001 at Zorg Enterprises, where they served as the Sales Manager & Systems Administrator for a small internet marketing company. Chris handled technical and marketing aspects of the company, working with clients, vendors, and making marketing and technical decisions until 2006. From 2006 to 2008, Buckley owned P2P Traffic Partners. Starting in 2008, Buckley worked at Webair as a System Administrator and later became a Technical Manager until 2013. Chris joined Business Insider in 2013 as a Senior Systems Engineer, responsible for maintaining and scaling infrastructure. Chris was promoted to Director of DevOps in 2015, overseeing infrastructure, application building, and introducing new technologies. In 2017, Buckley joined Fastly as a Senior Sales Engineer, providing solutions for scaling and securing high traffic websites. Chris was recently promoted to Principal Sales Engineer at Fastly.
Chris Buckley attended The University of Queensland from 2000 to 2001, during which they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree with a focus on Arts.
