Chris Paisley

Christopher B. Paisley has served as a member of our board of directors since July 2018. Since January 2001, Mr. Paisley has served as the Dean’s Executive Professor of Accounting at the Leavey School of Business at Santa Clara University. Mr. Paisley also serves as lead independent director of Equinix, Inc., a provider of network colocation, interconnection, and managed services, as a member of the board of Fortinet, Inc., a cybersecurity software company, a member of the board of directors of Fitbit, Inc., a connected health and fitness company, and a member of the board of directors of Ambarella, Inc., a developer of low-power, high-definition video compression and image processing semiconductors. Mr. Paisley previously served as a director of Bridge Bank from August 2011 until June 2015, a director of Control4, a home automation company, from May 2006 until August 2015, and a director of YuMe, Inc., a provider of digital video brand advertising solutions, from November 2012 until its acquisition by RhythmOne plc in February 2018. Mr. Paisley holds a B.A. in business economics from the University of California at Santa Barbara and an M.B.A. from the Anderson School at the University of California at Los Angeles.
