Crystal Siegler

Crystal Siegler has extensive experience in benefits management and analysis. Crystal is currently the Director of Benefits at Fastly, a role they have held since June 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Manager of Benefits at Fastly from April 2022 to July 2023.

Before joining Fastly, Crystal spent four years at Slack, where they held the positions of Senior Global Benefits Manager from August 2019 to May 2022 and Global Benefits Manager from May 2018 to August 2019.

Crystal's earlier experience includes working as a Senior Benefits Analyst at Netflix from August 2015 to May 2018 and as a Benefits Analyst and Benefits Specialist II at Recology from January 2015 to August 2015 and February 2013 to August 2015, respectively.

Crystal also worked as a Benefit Enrollment and Benefit Fair Subcontractor at Enrollment Solutions from September 2012 to January 2015 and owned and designed their own business, Eclectic Objects, from May 2010 to August 2012.

Crystal started their career in the insurance industry, first as an Account Executive at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois, New Mexico, Oklahoma & Texas from August 2007 to September 2009, and then as a Benefits Analyst at Exponent Technologies from March 2006 to August 2007.

Their earliest work experience was as an Account Manager at Employee Benefits Analysis Corp. from February 1998 to March 2006. Throughout their career, Crystal has demonstrated expertise in benefits analysis, program administration, open enrollment coordination, system implementation, and client relationship management.

Crystal Siegler attended the University of North Texas from 1993 to 1999, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus in Marketing.
