Eric Law

Eric Law is an experienced Incident Management Engineer at Fastly, with a career spanning over two decades in the technology sector. Previously, Eric held the position of Sr Site Reliability Engineer at Olo and served as a Site Reliability Engineer at PayPal, where responsibilities included SNMP data collection and incident management using Ansible. Eric also worked as an EMS Tools Engineer, enhancing monitoring tools and building fault-tolerant data collection systems. Earlier roles included system administration at Primavera and various production services positions at Infonautics, overseeing UNIX and database staff. Eric started his career as a Programmer/Analyst at Strawbridge&Clothier and in Computer Resources at Commodore. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
