Erik Rogneby

Erik Rogneby has extensive experience in the technology industry. Erik is currently working as the Director of Product Engineering at Fastly since April 2022. Prior to this, Erik held several roles at Gannett | USA TODAY NETWORK, including Director of Platform Engineering from December 2020 to April 2022. Erik also served as a Senior Manager in various engineering and cloud roles at Gannett between January 2020 and December 2020.

Before joining Gannett, Erik worked as a Senior Manager - DevOps at Sysgain Inc, where they built a DevOps and managed services practice for the company. Erik was responsible for implementing continuous integration practices and utilizing industry-standard tools.

Erik also worked as a Management Consultant at Strong-Bridge Consulting from October 2012 to January 2015, where they provided strategic guidance to clients in various industries.

Additionally, Erik has experience working at T-Mobile and AT&T Mobility. At T-Mobile, they served in roles such as Principal Engineer and Senior Engineer, where they contributed to product realization and system design projects.

Erik started their career as an Independent Web Application Developer before joining T-Mobile in 2003.

Erik Rogneby attended Berklee College of Music from 1993 to 1997, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Music Production & Engineering. In addition, they obtained the certification of AWS Certified SysOps Administrator - Associate from Amazon Web Services in July 2015.
