Jennifer Burchill

Jennifer Burchill, PMP, has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and responsibilities. Jennifer currently works at Fastly as Manager of Engineering Training and Documentation, as well as Manager of Technical Program Management. Prior to Fastly, they held the positions of Senior Technical Program Manager for Platform Engineering and Senior Technical Program Manager for Security.

Before joining Fastly, Jennifer worked at Arbor Networks, the security division of NETSCOUT, starting in 2013 as a Program Manager for engineering operations. In this role, they led cross-functional teams and managed risks associated with internal and external dependencies. Jennifer also played a key role in leading certification projects to expand into federal markets. From 2001 to 2012, Jennifer held multiple roles at Arbor Networks, including Project Manager for engineering operations and Technical Writing Manager, where they directed a team of writers and ensured the accuracy and timeliness of documentation.

Jennifer's early career includes positions at Aerotek as a Field Auditor & Customer Support Associate and at Metropolitan Life Insurance as a System Trainer, Team Leader & Disability Case Manager. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated leadership, program management, and technical expertise, making their a valuable asset in various industries.

Jennifer Burchill, PMP, holds a Master of Arts degree in Written Communication from Eastern Michigan University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism from MacMurray College. In addition to their academic qualifications, Burchill has obtained several certifications, including Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance in November 2014, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance in April 2012, and Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in May 2009.
