Karin Durham, PMP, is an experienced leader in project and portfolio management with a robust background in IT and business systems. Currently serving as the Director of IT and Business Systems PMO at Fastly, Karin established the Program Management Office, implemented a Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) tool, and led strategic initiatives, including a significant order-to-cash business transformation. Prior to Fastly, Karin held the Director of IT Program Management position at Deltek, managing complex projects and strategic initiatives, and served as a Senior Manager in IT Program Management at CenturyLink, overseeing a sizable team of technical program managers.
