Leigh Clancy

Director, Product Marketing at Fastly

Leigh Clancy has extensive experience in product marketing and management. Leigh started their career at NTT/Verio in 1998, where they worked as a Sr. Marketing Manager and played a key role in increasing revenue through targeted marketing programs. In 2004, they joined Sphera Corporation as the Director of Marketing, overseeing all marketing activities and implementing Salesforce.

Leigh then worked at Level 3 Communications as a Manager of Product Marketing from 2005 to 2007, contributing to the company's international communications and internet backbone operations. Leigh joined iBAHN in 2007, where they held various roles, including Product Marketing Manager for the Americas region and Corporate Marketing Manager on a global scale. At iBAHN, Leigh managed social networking efforts, developed marketing materials, and created global launch plans for new solution releases.

In 2013, they joined Symplified, a SaaS identity solution company, as a Senior Product Marketing Manager, until the company was purchased by RSA, the Security Division of EMC, in 2014. Leigh then moved to ReadyTalk as a Senior Product Marketing Manager, leading marketing, sales enablement, and product marketing for their intrapreneurship project, FoxDen, and developing the product launch strategy for the conferencing and collaboration line of business.

Leigh's next role was as a Director of Marketing Consultant at Angie Hospitality, where they contributed to the design and development of their voice guest room assistant technology solution for hotels and resorts. After that, they joined ZOLL Data in 2017 as a Senior Product Marketing Manager, responsible for developing and marketing software and SaaS solutions for the EMS and Fire industries. Currently, Leigh is the Director of Product Marketing at Fastly, a company that provides edge cloud platforms.

Throughout their career, Leigh has demonstrated expertise in product marketing, strategic analysis, market positioning, and launch planning. Leigh has also shown a strong understanding of SaaS solutions and has experience managing marketing activities on a global scale.

Leigh Clancy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Arts, with a focus on Political Science and Spanish, from Kalamazoo College. Leigh also attended Mercy High School. In 2011, they participated in the Women in Cable & Telecom Leadership Program at RMLI 2011.
