Mariana Aguirre is a professional with diverse experience in entrepreneurship and compliance. Currently serving as the Owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, an online store focused on organic products for body care and environmental sustainability, Mariana has also held the position of Compliance Assistant at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous entrepreneurial experience includes ownership and management of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019. Mariana worked as a Nutritionist at a private consultancy from February 2016 to 2019, and as a University Instructor, teaching applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food from August 2016 to August 2017. Mariana holds a Diplomat in Administration and Business Management from Universidad Anahuac Online and a Bachelor's degree in Food, Nutrition, and Well-Being from Universidad del Centro de México.
