Shirin Parineh

Shirin Parineh is currently an Executive Member at HIGHER Community, where Shirin is driven by a global community of TA leaders to level up the talent acquisition function. Shirin also serves on the Customer Advisory Board at Greenhouse Software and is the Sr. Director of Global Talent Acquisition at Fastly. Throughout their career, Shirin has held various roles in recruiting and HR at companies such as Vocera Communications, ADVANTIS Global Inc, Synergy Consulting, Andiamo! Group, and Miller Heiman Group. Shirin also has experience in sales at KW and as a Managing Partner at Vaam Corp. Shirin obtained their education at San Jose State University.
