Silvia Dittmann

Silvia Dittmann is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in engineering management and leadership roles. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager for Security Products at Fastly since May 2024, Silvia previously held the position of Engineering Manager at Etsy from September 2019 to May 2024, where responsibilities included managing a team of 6-8 engineers focused on Trust and Safety initiatives. Prior to this, Silvia was Director of Global eCommerce at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. for a decade, along with various other leadership roles in account management and interactive media at notable companies such as Six Apart, HBO, AMC Networks, IFC, and Bravo Networks. Silvia holds an M.S. in Technology Management from Columbia University, a B.A. in English and Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and graduated from the Bronx High School of Science.
