Tammy Bailey is an experienced engineering manager with a strong background in software development and team leadership. Tammy's career spans roles at notable companies such as MongoDB, where Tammy led the Storage team as an Engineering Manager, and ngrok, managing two high-performing teams focused on backend innovations and user experience improvements. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Software Engineer at AGS, where Tammy was the architect and project lead for a slot gaming system, and as Software Engineering Lead at Moz, overseeing the Index and Crawl team. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at Fastly, Tammy holds Master's Degrees from both Syracuse University and Duke University, and previously worked as an Applications Specialist at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
