Ty Austin

Ty Austin has a strong background in IT support and system administration. Ty started their career at CGI as a Desktop Underwriter and IT Specialist, where they handled general inquiries, technical issues, and managed incident and change management tickets. Ty also collaborated with different teams and developed knowledge documentation. After CGI, Ty worked at Samsung Electronics America as an Executive Desktop Support/SEA BI Team member. Ty then worked at Electronic Arts (EA) as a Desktop Support Specialist and at NFL Network as a Senior Desktop Support Technician. Most recently, Ty has been employed at Signal Sciences as an IT Support Specialist and at Fastly as a Systems Administrator.

Ty Austin attended Alabama State University from 2002 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a focus in Information Technology.
