Stuart Evans

Stuart Evans is currently the Chief Economist and Head of Environmental Markets at Fastmarkets, where they lead the development of carbon-focused products and analytics. Previously, they served as a Senior Expert and Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company, specializing in carbon markets and sustainability strategies. Stuart also held various roles within Australian government agencies, where they negotiated significant international agreements and provided economic advice on climate policies. They completed a Master in Public Affairs at Princeton University and hold bachelor's degrees in Business and Economics from the University of Newcastle, along with an Honours degree in Economics from The Australian National University.
