Randy Leonard is an experienced operations manager with a strong background in logistics and distribution. Currently serving as the Senior Operations Manager Final Mile Complete at Need It Now Delivers, LLC since March 2023, Randy previously held the position of Operations Manager at both Need It Now Delivery and FASTMILE Logistics, contributing to the management of a 130,000 square foot facility in Orlando. Randy's career spans over two decades, with roles including Station Manager at MANKO Delivery Systems Inc., Area Manager at Courier Express, and Operations Manager at DHL Express, where Randy ensured compliance and efficiency in service center operations. Additional experience includes supervision at Airborne Express and K&L: Pick Up and Delivery. Randy's foundational training was completed in the United States Marine Corps from 1986 to 1990.
