Sylvain Weber

Sylvain Weber has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Sylvain is currently the CEO & Co-founder of Fastory.io, a cutting-edge marketing tech company that provides mobile-first marketing solutions. Prior to Fastory.io, Sylvain was the CEO & Co-founder of Elegantt, a Chrome extension that enhances Trello boards with Gantt charts. Sylvain also founded Kontest, a social marketing campaign platform that was later replaced by Fastory.io. Sylvain was also a Co-founder of the Paris HTML5 Meetup, an event focusing on HTML5 innovations and technologies. Sylvain has worked as a Rich Media Technical Specialist at Google, where they helped creative agencies understand the potential of using web standards. Sylvain has experience in web development and has worked as a Web Developer at Dailymotion and as a Corporate Webmaster at Aereco Group. Additionally, they have a background in the music industry, having worked as a Live Video Artist for the electro band Absent.

Sylvain Weber holds a Bachelor's degree (Licence Pro ATC) in Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia from the University of Strasbourg, which they obtained from 2004 to 2005. Prior to that, they had pursued a degree (DUT SRC) in Technical Communication from the Université de Haute-Alsace Mulhouse-Colmar from 2002 to 2004. Their undergraduate degree (BAC S) in Engineering Science was completed at Lycée Lavoisier from 1999 to 2001. In terms of additional certifications, Sylvain Weber obtained the Certified Marketing Partner title from Instagram and Facebook in April 2020. Sylvain also received the Achievement & Innovation Award for Driving revenue and market adoption from Google in December 2010.
