Eric Arthaud

Eric Arthaud has a strong background in the insurance industry, working in various roles at FastTrack and MetLife. At FastTrack, they started as a Manager and progressed to Assistant Vice President and then Director of Solutions Engineering. In these roles, they recommended solutions to clients to optimize their claims management processes and led discovery sessions and demos. At MetLife, Eric held multiple director-level positions, including Director of Business Procedures, Director of Client Acquisitions, and Director of Operational Engineering. Eric led initiatives to introduce digital self-service capabilities and enhance internal processes. Eric also served as a Senior Business Consultant and Underwriting Manager earlier in their career. Eric has expertise in solution engineering, written and oral presentation skills, and Visio mapping.

Eric Arthaud received a Bachelor of Science degree in Actuarial Science from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, where they studied from 1990 to 1994. Eric later pursued an MBA in Finance from the University of Missouri-Kansas City from 1995 to 1998. Additionally, Eric obtained certifications including Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certified from MetLife in February 2013 and Associate, Customer Service, as well as Fellow, Life Management Institute from LOMA in January 1997.
