Kyle Tobin

Kyle Tobin is an accomplished professional in the field of restaurant design, currently serving as the Director of Restaurant Design at FAT Brands Inc. since October 2020. Prior experience includes holding the position of Manager of Restaurant Design at Johnny Rockets from April 2019 to January 2023 and at Friendly's Ice Cream, LLC from April 2013 to September 2020, where involvement in the Design and Construction Department occurred. Earlier roles include Architectural Intern at The Architects in Hartford, CT, and participation in various co-op intern positions at Capital Projects Management and PDA Associates. Educational credentials include a Master of Architecture and a Bachelor of Architecture, both obtained from Wentworth Institute of Technology. Additionally, Kyle Tobin contributed to team sports as an Assistant Ice Hockey Coach at Minnechaug Regional High School.
