Peter O'Kane

Peter O'Kane has a range of experience in the finance and real estate industries. Peter currently holds the position of Senior Vice President - Real Estate and Finance at FAT Brands Inc., where they have been since May 2023. Prior to this, they worked as Senior Vice President Finance at the same company from May 2022 to October 2023. O'Kane also served as a Commercial Portfolio Manager at Aspen Capital from October 2015 to March 2022. Peter held various roles at different companies, including Partner at Roanoke Financial Group from January 2009 to September 2012 and Managing Partner at O'Kane Commercial Capital from September 2008 to January 2009. Peter also worked as SVP, National Sales Manager at Countrywide from February 2007 to August 2008 and held multiple roles at WaMu, including Senior Loan Consultant from January 2004 to February 2007 and VP, Commercial Capital Markets from April 2002 to January 2005. Earlier in their career, O'Kane was SVP, Chief Investment Officer at Wilshire Credit Corporation from April 1994 to January 2000 and served as an Asset Manager / Acquisitions at JER Partners from September 1992 to April 1994.

Peter O'Kane received a BA degree in Urban Development and Finance from the University of Washington between 1987 and 1989.
