Lance Krack

Lance Krack is an experienced bartender and server with a career spanning over two decades in the hospitality industry. Currently employed at Fat Tuesday since March 2020, Lance previously worked at notable establishments such as Hattie's, Celebration Restaurant and Catering, and Trader Vic's Lounge at the Beverly Hilton Hotel. With a diverse background that includes management experience as a FOH Manager at "B," and various roles in both Italian and Southern cuisine settings, Lance has developed a strong skill set in bartending and customer service. Education includes general studies at Fork Union Military Academy and Highland Park High School.
