Toby Hook

Toby Hook is a Senior Product Designer at Fat Zebra since October 2022, having previously held the same title at Like Family from March 2022 to September 2022. Toby has extensive experience in UX and Visual Design, notably serving as Senior UX Manager for CommBank Health at Commonwealth Bank from May 2021 to March 2022, where management of the UX team in an Agile Scrum environment was a key focus. As the Head of Customer Experience at Whitecoat from June 2015 to May 2021, Toby contributed to the company's growth in the healthcare fintech space prior to its acquisition by Commonwealth Bank. Earlier career stages include freelance graphic design work and positions at AlignandPull and Birmingham Metropolitan College, with a foundational education in Graphic Design from Birmingham City University and Sutton Coldfield College.
