Michael Rosplock

Michael Rosplock is an operations leader and additive manufacturing strategist who has saved businesses a combined $3.5 million throughout their career. With a strong background in engineering and team leadership, Michael currently leads the research and development of DLMS technologies for ultra high-pressure hydraulic products at Enerpac, while also deploying HP Multi Jet Fusion printed parts in production. Michael's expertise includes various additive technologies and they have held multiple roles in companies such as Fathom Digital Manufacturing and Woodward, Inc. They hold a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota and are pursuing an MBA at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
