With a background that includes roles at Xometry, Ingersoll Rand, and DANA Spicer Clark Hurth, Tim has extensive experience in managing engineering teams, improving design-for-manufacturing processes, and implementing lean methodologies. Tim earned a Bachelor's degree in Machining Technologies from Dana University and an Associate degree in Mechanical Engineering from Mitchell Community College.
