Steven Howie

Steven Howie is a seasoned professional in software development and engineering, currently serving as Co-Founder at Fathom since September 2024, focusing on learning analytics for learning and development (L&D) teams. Prior experience includes multiple roles at Codat from June 2018 to August 2024, where Steven progressed from Software Engineer to Principal Solutions Architect. Earlier roles include Software Developer positions at Intoware and Next Retail Ltd, where projects included store systems software deployment. Steven also operated as a Freelance Full Stack Developer from January 2013 to 2017, handling client-based projects. Initial experience began as a Graduate Software Engineer at Intercede in late 2016, following a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from the University of Leicester, completed in 2016.
