Jay Ketchaver

James Ketchaver is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in information technology and security management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Information Technology and Security at Fathom since April 2011, James is responsible for developing and implementing company policies on information security, incident response, and employee training on security awareness. Previous roles include Network Administrator at Recovery Resources, where James managed Active Directory for multiple locations and led a migration to Microsoft Exchange 2007, as well as earlier positions focused on network administration and technical support. James holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications: Electronic Media from Xavier University and completed training at ComputerTraining.com in 2006.
