Jon Dama is an experienced engineering leader currently serving as VP of Engineering at an AI startup, focusing on architecture and ASIC engineering in the AI space. Previously, Dama held the position of Director and Head of ASIC Design at Meta, where efforts were concentrated on innovating datacenter technology. At Intel Corporation, Dama progressed from Senior Director of Silicon Engineering, overseeing multinational teams in various locations, to Director of Engineering, where significant contributions included the development of Intel's first generation IPU utilized by Google. Dama also played a pivotal role in advancing high-performance NICs and managed a successful team leading to a key design win with Ericsson. Earlier, Dama served as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Southern California and as Logic Design Manager at Fulcrum Microsystems, where innovation in Ethernet switch silicon was achieved. Dama holds an education from Caltech.
