Chip McFerrin

Chip McFerrin is an experienced business owner and REALTOR with a diverse background in real estate, facilities management, and banking. Currently, Chip owns and operates the Graham Drive-In Theatre, the oldest drive-in movie theater in Texas, while also serving as a REALTOR with Fathom Realty. Since August 2019, Chip has played an expanded role in facilities administration at Denton Bible Church, overseeing equipment management, access control, media management, and vendor coordination. Previous experience includes positions at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Worldwide as a REALTOR, the Northern Trust Company as a Second Vice President, and various roles in compliance and banking management. Chip holds an MBA in Finance from the University of North Texas and has completed specialized training in compliance.
