Dawn Kuster

Dawn Kuster is an experienced REALTOR® and District Director at Fathom Realty since January 2021, previously serving as a Real Estate Advisor at Engel & Völkers Colorado Springs and a Licensed Associate Broker at both Amie Streater Realty and Keller Williams Clients' Choice Realty. Dawn's career also includes roles in business development, event coordination, and management across various organizations such as VIVE Health and Wellness, New Life Church, and Live Event Management, where extensive leadership, marketing, and operational experiences were demonstrated. With a BA in Management and Organizational Leadership from Grace University, complemented by an AA in Business Administration from Iowa Western Community College, Dawn has developed a diverse skill set in strategy development, team supervision, event planning, and client relationships throughout a distinguished career.
