Larry Chiles

Larry Chiles possesses extensive experience in both the HVAC and real estate sectors. As the owner of Air Force Mechanical from April 1989 to October 2001, Larry managed a residential and light commercial HVAC contracting company specializing in new construction installations and service. Transitioning into real estate, Larry worked as a REALTOR from 2001 to 2007, followed by a role as a Buyer's Specialist at Help-U-Sell Sims Realty from January 2008 to September 2012. Since September 2012, Larry has been a REALTOR with Fathom Realty, focusing on the Dallas-Fort Worth MetroPlex. Larry holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from The University of Texas at Arlington, complemented by initial studies in Mechanical Engineering at Texas Tech University.
