Laura Bennett, CPM, is an experienced professional in asset management and real estate, currently serving as the Director of Asset Management at Catalyst Urban Development since July 2021, and as a Real Estate Agent at Fathom Realty since July 2017. Laura's prior roles include Regional Manager, District Manager, and Property Manager at ZRS Management, where responsibilities included budgeting for large communities and overseeing various property operations. Laura has also worked as a Real Estate Agent at CLAY STAPP+CO and ZRS Management and held support roles such as Assistant Property Manager and Leasing Agent in multiple properties. Laura's background includes a degree in Business Administration from Louisiana State University and experience as an NFL Cheerleader for the New Orleans Saints Organization, where involvement included community service and international representation.
