Justin Castillo

Justin Castillo has over 18 years of experience in software engineering. Justin began their career in 2003 as a Programmer Analyst at iHOUSEweb. In 2005, they moved to Leading Resources Inc. where they worked as a Web Developer and built ConnectAve.com. In 2008, Justin took a position at EPIC as a Web Developer and was the lead developer for CaseTrac. From 2012 to 2018, Justin worked at Emtrain as a Senior Developer and then a Director of Engineering. In 2020, they joined Gemini Legal as the Director of Engineering and currently holds the position of Vice President of Engineering at Fathom.fm since 2021.

Justin Castillo obtained a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science & Engineering from the University of California, Davis between 2001 and 2003. In February 2016, they became a Certified ScrumMaster from the Scrum Alliance.
