Feng Meng Ling

Mengling 'Mornin' Feng serves as the Assistant Director of Research (Healthcare) at the Institute of Data Science since May 2021 and is an Assistant Professor at the National University of Singapore (NUS) since February 2016, with a focus on precision medicine and evidence-based medicine. Additionally, Mengling holds the position of Senior Assistant Director in the Academic Information Office at the National University Health System and acts as Chief Scientist at FathomX. Previously, Mengling was the Head of the Bioinformatics & Healthcare Analytics Lab at the Institute for Infocomm Research and has held various research positions, including Senior Post-doctoral Fellow at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Mengling's educational background includes a Post-Doctoral Fellowship in Medical Informatics from MIT and a PhD in Data Mining from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. Research expertise encompasses data mining for business intelligence, clinical data mining, time-series analysis, and bioinformatics.
