Elie Saade

Elie Saade is a growth-focused brand strategist and the founder of FATKID, a F&B growth agency. They have built and scaled F&B brands across the GCC, with experience in franchising, marketing, and brand development. They previously served as Senior Brand Manager at Kitopi (2021–2024), where they led the strategic turnaround of Zaroob, oversaw brand strategy and expansion across the UAE and Bahrain, and managed multiple location openings and collaborations. They also held the role of Head of Marketing at Gourmet Gulf LLC (2024–2025) and co-founded dopamind (2018–2019). They earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Administration/Management, and a Minor in Economics from Lebanese American University (2011–2015), and completed a Bacalaureat in Life Sciences at Ecole Zahrat El Ihsan (1996–2011).
