Anitha Gandham

Anitha Gandham has worked in a variety of roles in the product management field. In 2013, they began their career as a Business Analyst at Cyient. Anitha then moved to Anthem, Inc. in 2016, where they worked as a Senior Business Analyst. In 2019, they joined Honda R&D Americas, LLC as a Product Owner. In 2020, they moved to Cloudbreak Health as a Product Manager, and in 2021, they joined Syft Corp as a Senior Product Manager and Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Massachusetts as a Product Manager. Currently, they are employed at FatTail, Inc. as a Product Manager.

Anitha Gandham obtained a Master's degree in Information Technology from the University of the Cumberlands in 2017. Subsequently, they obtained a Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator (SCAA) certification from Salesforce in May 2022, a Six Sigma Lean Black Belt Professional certification from the Management & Strategy Institute in January 2022, a Six Sigma Lean Green Belt Certified (LGBC) certification from the Management & Strategy Institute in January 2022, a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in November 2021, a Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) certification from Salesforce in June 2020, a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from the Scrum Alliance in May 2020, a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from the Scrum Alliance in May 2020, and a Certified SAFe 5.1 Agilist certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in December 2021.
