Philippe Moulin is currently the Directeur Régional Adjoint at FAUCHÉ and has held leadership roles at CITELUM and Bouygues Energies & Services since 2011 and 2018, respectively. In 2023, Philippe took on the role of Directeur du Pôle Infrastructures & Services at Colas Rail. Philippe earned a degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from IUT Cachan between 1990 and 1992.
