Nicolas Petitprez

Nicolas Petitprez has a strong background in software development, particularly in Android development. Nicolas has worked as a Developer at FAUME since 2022, focusing on Android development. Prior to that, they were a Developer at In&motion from 2020 to 2022, where they worked on developing an application for managing an electronic airbag vest for motorcyclists and improving its user experience and Bluetooth connection. Nicolas also worked as an Adjunct Lecturer at the University of Lille from 2020 to 2022, teaching courses related to their field. Before that, they were a Lead Developer at KaraFun Group from 2018 to 2019 and contributed to the development of the Android version of Jamzone and a musical quiz game. Nicolas co-founded MAKITOO in 2014 and served as the CTO, working on a real-time bug detection and resolution solution for various types of applications. Nicolas also held positions as a Lead Developer at Ikomobi from 2013 to 2014, an Expert Engineer at Inria from 2010 to 2013, and an Engineer at IT-Finance from 2006 to 2010, where they led development teams, implemented testing and continuous integration tools, and worked on various Java and Swing projects. Nicolas began their career as an Associate Engineer at INRIA from 2005 to 2006, developing an open-source framework for program analysis and transformation in Java.

Nicolas Petitprez completed their undergraduate education from 2002 to 2005 at Polytech Lille. Nicolas earned a degree in Ingénieur with a specialization in Génie Informatique et Statistiques.
