Ole Brødsgaard

They are a senior financial leader with experience as CFO, CEO, turnaround specialist, and advisor in transformation, business development, digitalization, and board roles. They have demonstrated strong turnaround, financial, business development and change management skills, and have secured cross-functional collaboration through goal-focused dialogue, empathic listening, and fact-based decision-making. They currently serve as Chairman of Fauna and as Interim CFO at DGI Byen. Their education includes an Executive Board Programme at INSEAD (completed 2025), an INSEAD Executive Management Programme (completed 2022), CFA Level 1 (completed 2018), an Executive MBA from Copenhagen Business School (completed 2000), and BBA degrees from Aarhus School of Business (Economics, 1990–1993) and (Accounting, 1993–1995).
