Sid Vaijapurkar

Sid Vaijapurkar, PhD, serves as the Process Technology Manager at Faustel since June 2018, leading the Technology Center to enhance Equipment Design and Process capabilities for customers. Prior to this role, Sid held various key positions including Sr. R&D Engineer and Product Process Development Engineer at Georgia-Pacific LLC, directing R&D projects and achieving significant product improvements. Experience also includes working at the Web Handling Research Center at Oklahoma State University, where contributions to roll-to-roll manufacturing processes garnered substantial R&D revenue. Earlier roles featured a structural consultant position at K.K.Wagh Institute of Engineering Education & Research, and engineering positions at Essar Oil Ltd. and the National Institute of Technology Surat. Sid earned a PhD in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from Oklahoma State University and holds a Master's in Structural Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Surat.
